A Waterloo man who is already awaiting trial for allegedly assaulting an ex-girlfriend has been arrested for breaking into the same woman’s home and assaulting her again, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 29 year old Christopher Dubois allegedly broke through the back door of the woman’s home on Marjorie Lane, grabbed her by the neck and slapped her. Dubois has been charged with first degree Burglary and Domestic Assault Causing Bodily Injury. His bond has been set $41,000. Dubois was already out on bond after he allegedly tried to drag the woman out of her car. She fled to a house but Dubois kicked in the door and slammed her head against a wall.
