Man Pleads Guilty fodr Using Credit Card

A Cedar Falls man has pleaded guilty to using a former employer’s credit cards, according to KIMT. 37 year old James Vilmain rang up nearly $3,500 in charges on two credit cards belonging to C.H. Wilson Transport of Charles City. Vilmain had worked for the company prior to being fired on May 1st, 2019, but he continued to use the credit cards after his dismissal. Security cameras showed Vilmain making the purchases at the same time and place where the illegal charges were made. He pleaded guilty to one count of credit card fraud. He will be sentenced on March 24th.
