A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly offering to pay a woman for sex while she waited at the bus stop for her child, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 57 year old Johnnie Brandon allegedly approached the woman at around 4:00 p.m. on August 29th while she waited with her 1 year old daughter for another child to arrive on the bus. Brandon allegedly offered the woman $300 to perform a sex act and then grabbed the daughter’s hand and touched her leg. The woman removed her daughter’s hand from his grasp and called her husband as she walked back to the house. The husband then showed up and punched Brandon in the mouth. Brandon has been charged with Prostitution and Assault. He was also arrested for trespassing at the Iron Horse Saloon on August 26th and for Trespass and Possession of Meth at the Econo Lodge on August 10th.
