A Waterloo man has been returned to Iowa after being picked up on a warrant for allegedly having sex with a 13 year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 22 year old Yannick Mbambi was arrested in Clinton County, Missouri last week after being pulled over for speeding. Mbambi was wanted for allegedly having sex with a 13 year old runaway in his car on July 30th of 2022. He was 20 at the time. DNA collected tied Mbambi to the crime and led to his arrest warrant last May. He has been charged with second degree Sexual Abuse. His bond has been set at $25,000.
