An Independence man has been sentenced to prison time after asking for and receiving nude photos from a child, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 50 year old Andrew Miller was sentenced to five years in prison last week after pleading guilty to a reduced charge of Possession of Child Pornography. He was communicating with a female child between August and November of last year. During that time he received nude photos of the girl among other photos taken and sent from her school.
