A Waterloo man has been sentenced to up to 10 years in prison on child pornography charges, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 61 year old Hazim Kapic pleaded guilty to one count of Receipt of Child Porn. Investigators found nearly 1,300 images and 58 videos of child porn on his laptop in August of 2024. Some of the images included infants and toddlers and involved sadistic and masochistic conduct. Kapic will also have to pay $18,000 to six victims identified in the material. He will also serve five years of supervised release after prison.
