A Waterloo man who said he had infant and child porn in order to find missing children has been sentenced to federal prison time, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 21 year old Collin Nissen was found with sexual images of children, including sadomasochistic depictions, on two cell phones and an SD card. He has been sentenced to more than seven years in federal prison. He will be on supervised release for 10 years following his prison sentence.
