A man who had sex with a teenager in an abandoned school has been sentenced to a halfway house and probation, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 26 year old Theron Fuller was spotted leaving the vacant Longfellow Elementary with a 14 year old girl. DNA was collected that led to Fuller’s arrest. He was charged with third degree Sexual Abuse and sentenced to 10 years in prison but that was suspended to two to five years of probation. His probation includes a year in the Waterloo Residential Facility, a lifetime parole and must register as a sex offender. He will remain in jail at this time until space opens up at the residential facility.
