Authorities confirm Nicolas Wessels, 23, of Clarksville was arrested in connection to a fire Saturday at the Clarksville City Hall.
Clarksville police responded to the incident, but they handed the investigation over to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.
Wessels is being held in the Butler County Jail on two charges.
They include Arson in the 2nd Degree (Class C Felony) and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree (Class D Felony).
