A Waterloo man has been arrested after allegedly threatening to assault an Animal Control Officer, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to the home of 44 year old Terrance Hackett after he allegedly threatened the Animal Control employee. Hackett then tried to walk away from the officer before he was arrested for Misdemeanor Assault and Interference. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
