A Cedar Falls man has been arrested after allegedly threatening to cut off his neighbor’s head with a knife, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 36 year old Craig Waltmann has been charged with Assault While Displaying a Weapon and first degree Harassment. Waltmann allegedly began yelling at the neighbor on August 5th, shouting racial slurs and displaying a knife. Eventually Waltmann put the knife away and pretended to walk away before turning and charging at the alleged victim, shouting that he was going to cut the man’s head off. A passerby shouted that she was calling police and Waltmann went back to his home.
