Man Threatened to Kill Deputy

A Waterloo man has been arrested after he threatened to kill a sheriff’s deputy with a knife, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 41 year old Kahlan Bradford was charged with assault on a peace office while displaying a weapon, interference causing injury, first degree harassment and possession of meth, as well a probation violation. Back in November Bradford led police on a foot chase after they tried to arrest him for violating probation. He elbowed one in the face before climbing a fire escape at an apartment complex at which point he threatened the pursuing deputy. Bradford was on probation for threatening an officer with a chisel back in 2013.
