A Charles City man has been given probation for throwing a chair at a child, according to KIMT. 59 year old Charles Berger pleaded guilty to Aggravated Misdemeanor Child Endangerment. He threw a chair at a 13 year old in November of 2021. The child was left with bruising and a scar. Berger was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
