Man Wanted After Deadly Crash Killed His Son Caught

A man who disappeared after leading Chickasaw County Sheriff’s deputies on a high speed chase that ended in a crash that killed his 18 year old son near New Hampton has been found, according to KWWL. 39 year old Curtis Williams was taken into custody in Kensett earlier this week. In September, Williams, who was wanted on several warrants, fled from law enforcement before crashing his car, killing his son, Jaxon Williams. No charges were filed in that case. Williams was wanted for not reporting that crash to his parole officer and for missing a court appearance on an OWI charge in Winneshiek County.
