A former Waterloo man who took pictures up the skirt of a Target shopper in Cedar Falls in 2017 has taken a plea deal in the case, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. In May of 2017 a woman called police after she felt a man touch her thigh while she was shopping. Police reviewed security camera footage and found 40 year old Marvin Mabry Jr. putting his cell phone under the woman’s skirt and the flash from the camera igniting. When they attempted to arrest Mabry, they could not find him. In July of this year he was taken into custody in Detroit, Michigan. He was charged with Invasion of Privacy and Trespassing however as part of a deal he pleaded to third degree harassment and was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for time served but his parole from a 2013 Stalking case in Dubuque County was revoked.
