A man who disappeared from the hospital after suffering a serious gunshot wound to the head has been located and arrested, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 28 year old Aundaris Reed and at least one other person are accused of trying to rob a man selling a stolen gun on August 1st. During the alleged robbery attempt, gun fire was exchanged. Reed was hit in the head and taken to a local hospital before being transferred to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He disappeared from there and remained at large until his arrest on Wednesday. He was already awaiting trial for allegedly shooting an acquaintance in the leg and a separate police chase. He has also picked up a new charge for allegedly punching a woman in April. His bond has been set at $100,000
