Waterloo Mayor Quentin Hart has been honored by the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition for their work in strengthening local communities, according to KWWL. The USGLC paid tribute to many mayors from across the nation in a virtual event Tuesday. The event also paid tribute to Colin Powell as well as Condoleezza Rice and Madeleine Albright.
