Due to the forecasted rain for Friday, July 11, the City of Waterloo has made adjustments to its rescheduled Mayor’s Fireworks Show to ensure a fun, safe, and dry celebration for all attendees. The Waterloo Convention Center will now serve as the main venue for Friday’s festivities, and the fireworks display has been canceled. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and all ages are welcome to attend. Live Music Lineup (Indoor Concert)
- 6:00–7:30 p.m. – HartSmith
- 8:00–9:30 p.m. – B2wins (Brazilian Twins Final Iowa Show)
Food & Drink
- Food trucks will be parked on 4th Street.
- Four full bars will be set up inside the convention center for guests 21+.
Additional Experiences
- Pink Luna Boutique and Henna by Kennadi will be in the lobby offering shopping and artistry for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
Parking & Entry
- The Commercial Street parking ramp is recommended, offering easy access to the convention center via the skywalk, allowing attendees to arrive without getting wet.
- Additional street parking is available nearby.
