A military vehicle briefly became stuck underneath a downtown Waterloo skywalk during their Memorial Day parade Monday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. An Oshkosh Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck carrying a Humvee fitted with a topper became lodged under the skywalk connecting the Best Western Plus hotel and the parking ramp between West Fourth and West Fifth Streets. Damage was limited to bent sheet metal underneath the skywalk.
