Waterloo Police are asking you to be on the look out for a woman who was last seen on January 20. They say Lakisha Williams, who also goes by her maiden name of Lakisha Owens, was last seen at a home in the 3800 block of Paige Drive. She’s described as a black woman with brown eyes and black hair. She’s 40 years old, stands 5’3″ tall and weighs 180 pounds. If you’ve seen her, call the Waterloo Police Department.
