The body of a missing Waterloo woman has been retrieved from the Cedar River in Waterloo, according to KWWL. Juana Rubio went missing from her home around 10:30 Saturday night. Her personal items were discovered near the San Souci Bridge on Conger Street Monday morning, her body was located shortly thereafter. The cause of death is being investigated but police do not believe foul play was involved.
