Cedar Falls Police have made an eighth arrest in the case of the brawl on College Hill, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 24 year old Raheem Christoff of Waterloo was charged with rioting on Wednesday. He is also being held on a parole violation. He was released from prison a year ago after serving time for forgery. The other seven that have been arrested for their role in the fight are 22 year old Ryder Kern of Elk Run Heights, 21 year old David Wright, Jr. of Dunkerton, 22 year old Devonta White of Waterloo, 20 year old Davion Madlock of Waterloo, 19 year old Demond Rollins of Waterloo, 24 year old Davontai Johnson of Waterloo, and 26 year old Dejuan Fox of Waterloo.
