The positive COVID 19 case in Bremer County has prompted some policy changes at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community. Staff members are all wearing surgical masks and being screened before each shift. Residents’ temperatures are taken daily. No deliveries to Bartels for residents or staff will be allowed unless it is critical for residents. Leisure services one on one programming will continue and residents will not be isolated or confined to their rooms because all residents are healthy at this time.
