The Ackley woman who was sentenced to up to a year in prison for locking her fiance’s son in a concrete area beneath the stairs now has had a felony child endangerment charge filed against her in the same case, according to KCRG. 40 year old Traci Tyler will go to trial on the new charge on June 4th. Her fiance, 30 year old Alex Shadlow, faces kidnapping charges in his own case. He has now requested a jury trial after initially waiving his right to one in April.
