A couple more area schools are planning to move to online learning in the days surrounding Thanksgiving. Waterloo Columbus will have 9th grade students virtual learning on Monday and Tuesday of next week while 10th-12th will continue to learn in person. They will then break for Thanksgiving. Everybody will be online from November 30th until they return to in person classes on December 7th. Athletic practices and competitions will continue as scheduled. Staffing issues led to this decision. Dunkerton has also made some changes. When they come back from break they will be online until December 3rd. At that point they will reassess the situation.
