A Sumner woman has been cited for Failure to Maintain Control after crashing her vehicle on Mother’s Day morning. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch in the 14,000 block of Nature Road. When they arrived they found a 2014 Chevrolet Impala driven by 31 year old Tiann Munk in the north ditch. The car had struck an embankment upon entering the ditch. Munk was not injured in the crash. The vehicle was determined to be a total loss.
