Two men have been charged in a murder in Cedar Falls nearly two years to the day. Keyon Roby and James Wright-Buls have both been charged with 1st Degree Murder and 1st Degree Robbery in connection to the death of Grant Saul in an apartment on Main Street in Cedar Falls on December 4th of 2019. Saul was found shot to death. Both Roby and Wright-Buls were already inmates at the Black Hawk County Jail.
