A Waterloo man has been arrested after being found naked inside a 15 year old’s bedroom, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The teenager’s mother came home around 3:30 p.m. Friday after going shopping. She allegedly found the naked man in her daughter’s room hastily clothing himself before jumping out of a window and riding off on a bicycle. Officers were able to identify the man as 35 year old Matthew Heim because Heim left behind a bag containing his driver’s license. The bag also contained items reported stolen from a car earlier in the week including another person’s driver’s license as well as a bag of methamphetamine. Heim has been charged with fifth degree Theft, Possession of Meth, and third degree Sexual Abuse. His bond has been set at $20,000.
