A Waterloo man has been arrested after being found masturbating inside a women’s bathroom at a Kwik Star, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 30 year old Jacob Denniston was arrested after an employee at Kwik Star noticed that someone had been inside the women’s bathroom for over an hour. When they went to check on the situation they found Denniston lying naked on the floor masturbating. Denniston had fled a halfway house a day prior. Denniston was arrested in December of 2020 after exposing himself at the Crossroads Boulevard mattress store and then going to a nail salon where he undressed and locked himself inside a room. He was placed in the Waterloo Residential Corrections Facility on up to two years of probation. After just a week he was granted a furlough to go to a store and the library, however he was found at an adult cinema. He was sent to jail in May of 2021 but sent back to the residential facility last week.
