A Nashua man has been arrested after being found in Floyd County in a stolen SUV out of Cedar Falls, according to KIMT. 39 year old Timothy Birmingham has been charged with first degree Theft, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Driving While Barred. A Sheriff’s deputy pulled Birmingham over just after midnight Tuesday morning near the Floyd Mitchell County line on Highway 218 after the license plate came back to a stolen SUV. A K9 later indicated the presence of drugs in the vehicle and several glass pipes with meth residue and a scale were found.
