A judge has set a new date for a hearing to considering dismissing a charge against Chris Soules. The hearing was rescheduled for November 7 after the state had requested more time to prepare for the hearing. However, a request from Soules’ lawyer for a longer hearing may push the date back as far as December 1st. The 35-year-old former “Bachelor” star is accused of leaving the scene of a fatal accident after driving his truck into the tractor of 66-year-old Kenneth Moser on April 24th of this year. Moser died when his tractor then rolled into a ditch. Soul’s defense says he did everything required of him by calling 911 and staying on the scene until they arrived. Soules has pleaded not guilty.
