Fireworks can legally be used in the city of Waverly and many other communities New Year’s Eve day and night. In Waverly fireworks may be discharged from noon until half an hour beyond midnight. No one under age 18 may use fireworks without adult supervision and they are not allowed to be discharged on city property.
