A Charles City man has entered a not guilty plea after being accused of having sexual contact with a minor, according to KIMT. Investigators say that 41 year old Cory Poyner had sexual contact with the alleged victim near the end of 2021 and into 2022. He has been charged with second degree Sexual Abuse. He will go to trial on July 6th. No other details of the case have been released at this point.
