A Fairbank man who, as a Buchanan County Deputy, allegedly asked a female to show him her breasts in exchange for not issuing a ticket has pleaded not guilty. 37 year old Klint Bentley is accused of implying that he would withhold the ticket if she flashed him and then continued to solicit photos from the woman via text message after the traffic stop. The woman was able to record the interaction. Bentley was fired from his job on February 8th. He has been charged with Extortion, Non-Felonious Misconduct in Office, and Accepting a Bribe.
