Not-Guilty Plea in Hatchet Attack

A Charles City man has pleaded not guilty to assault charges stemming from an incident involving a hatchet, according to KIMT. 41 year old Kelly Caster allegedly attacked a person at a home on April 27th. During the attack he is accused of displaying the hatchet. Investigators say he intended to injure his victim. Caster has been charged with first degree burglary in the case. His trial is scheduled to begin on September 28th.
