Not-Guilty Plea in Lincoln Park Murder

A man accused of murdering a man near Lincoln Park in Waterloo in September will plead not guilty, according to KWWL. 32 year old Corey Crawley is accused of shooting Muharrum Johnson to death on September 2nd. Surveillance video appears to show the two men talking before Crawley pulls out a gun and shoots Johnson. Crawley was taken into custody after being found in Scott County in late September. He has hired high powered attorney, Alfredo Parrish, who has argued cases before the United States Supreme Court in 1994 and 2011.
