An Oelwein man has been arrested for allegedly selling a skid loader and a forklift without the permission of the owner. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft on the 14th. Further investigation found that 45 year old Jeremiah Larson sold the stolen equipment. He has been charged with first degree Theft and third degree Burglary. Larson was taken to the Fayette County Jail. The investigation into this case remains active and more arrests and more charges may be filed at a later date.
