An Oelwein man has been charged with Receipt of Child Pornography after a phone was found in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility while he was serving time for a previous child porn conviction, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 38 year old Jeremy Moore was arrested after the unauthorized phone was discovered. The Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office and the Waterloo Police Department accessed the phone and found what they believe to be child pornography images. Moore was arrested in 2007 when child porn was found on his computer. He claimed on that occasion that it was only there so he could track those involved in producing it so he could arrest them when he became a police officer. In 2009 he was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
