Offensive Graffiti Found in Park

Offensive graffiti found in a Cedar Falls park and on city property has been painted over, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A parkgoer first reported the graffiti on flood control walls in Washington Park and on supports under the First Street Bridge. The graffiti was described as homophobic, racist, and anti-Semitic. Cedar Falls Police believe the damage was an isolated event and not part of a larger pattern.
