A Waterloo man has been arrested after biting a police officer, drawing blood, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to a home on Williston Avenue for a disturbance around 1:40 Sunday morning. When they arrived they found 25 year old Martez Keller and 29 year old Ricardo Joyce Jr., pounding on the door of a home. As police approached Keller he took a swing at officers before a scuffle ensued in which Keller bit an officer on the arm. Keller was charged with two counts of Assault on an Officer Causing Injury and two counts of Assault on an Officer Without Causing Injury. Joyce was charged with Providing a False Name.
