The Waverly Exchange Club has named Troy Schneider the Peace Officer of the Year. Schneider has been a peace officer for more than two decades, the last 15 as an investigator. The Waverly Police Department says his wealth of experience and knowledge on investigating crimes helps bring justice to some of the most vulnerable victims.
