A man faces charges after a crash seriously injured a pedestrian in Cedar Falls early Sunday morning.
Police arrested 23-year-old Michael Kelly, of Blue Grass, on a charge of operating while intoxicated, first offense.
Police say Kelly hit 24-year-old Tristin Selby, who was walking on Highway 57 near Roosevelt Street.
Selby was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and is listed in critical condition.
