Thursday night at approximately 10:57 hrs Cedar Falls Police were dispatched to the 2200 Blk of College Street for a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. An initial investigation determined the pedestrian ran out in front of a moving vehicle traveling south in the 2200 blk of College Street. The pedestrian was transported to Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa for unknown injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
The names of the pedestrian and driver are not being released at this time and the pedestrians condition is unknown. Cedar Falls Police were assisted at the scene by Cedar Falls Fire Rescue and Sartori paramedics.
