Some people who have had confirmed cases of COVID-19 and have been cleared by county health departments have tested positive after doing their required quarantine.
Bremer County Health Department administrator Lindley Sharp says if this happens those people do not need to quarantine.
Some businesses have been requiring employees to test negative before returning to work.
