The City of Plainfield has announced that they will be holding their Christmas celebration, called Christmas on Main, on Saturday, December 7th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The Christmas Tree lighting will take place by the sign at 5:00 p.m. Santa will be at Butler Bremer Communications. There will be a soup supper at the Baptist Church from 5:00-6:30. An open house will go on at local businesses. There will be horse drawn wagon rides and there will be vendors at the Ol 707.
