Plea Deal Taken in Shooting Case

A Nora Springs man has taken a plea deal in a case in which he fired a gun at another man, according to KIMT. 35 year old Robert Fulk has pleaded guilty to Going Armed With Intent in exchange for charges of Intimidation With a Dangerous Weapon and first degree Harassment being dropped. Fulk fired a gun at the other man while he was in a car, then fired a shot between the victim’s feet. Fulk followed that up by then sending threatening texts to the man. Fulk was sentenced to three to five years of supervised probation and ordered to complete all recommended mental health treatment. If Fulk completes the terms of his sentence, the conviction will be wiped from his record.
