Two Mason City men have pleaded not guilty in connection to a shooting that left a Clear Lake man dead in Cedar Falls, according to KIMT. 25 year old Brandon Mitchell is charged with Attempted Murder, Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm by a Domestic Abuser. 24 year old Daniel Judon IV has been charged with Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon. According to police Mitchell, Judon and 19 year old Arthur Lang of Clear Lake were in the College Hill area of Cedar Falls on February 6th when a confrontation with several pedestrians escalated into gunfire. Lang was killed in the shootout, while another man, Darius Holt, was critically injured. Judon will go to trial on April 26. No trial date has been determined for Mitchell.
