A member of the Waterloo Police Rebranding Committee has been arrested for sexually abusing a 15 year old girl, according to KWWL. 41 year old Jamodd Sallis was arrested Tuesday and charged with third degree Sexual Assault and a parole violation. According to Mayor Quentin Hart, Sallis is believed to have had sex with the girl in 2020.
