Waterloo Police continue to investigate a shooting that took place in the early morning hours of Sunday, according to the Waterloo- Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to the area of Iowa, Dane and East Fourth Streets on a report of shots fired. When they arrived they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries. Police are currently conducting interviews with potential witnesses and ask that if anyone has information on the shooting that they contact Waterloo Police.
