A man who was found naked in a teen’s bedroom in December will go to prison, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 35 year old Matthew Heim of Waterloo was found frantically trying to clothe himself by the teen’s mother on Christmas Eve. He then jumped out of a window and went away on a bike. However, Heim left behind a bag containing crystal methamphetamine and his ID. An investigation determined he had sex with the 15 year old girl. Heim told police he thought the girl was 17 and that the sex was consensual. He has been sentenced to up to 10 years in prison and will be on lifetime parole. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
